Message to our participants:
- Our convention for April 9-12, 2020 has been changed to July 2-5, 2020
- If you plan to attend with these changes, we thank you
- If yes, your hotel registration will transfer to the new dates, (7/2-5/20)
- If you’re not planning to come, please do not call the hotel because you have already been charged a non- refundable fee from the hotel and there is no refund for your pre-registration
- If you ordered a T-Shirt and you’re not planning to come, we will mail it to you in July 2020. (Please confirm the persons address and email address)
